After many years of working in the pharmaceutical industry I found a great interest in nutrition and discovered the importance of the right nutrients to ensure a healthy body. I subsequently earned my Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation and Holistic Culinary Certificate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.  I now help clients achieve their weight loss and wellness goals!
