Hi there, I’m Mary-Leigh, but most people call me ML. I’m a fun-loving, pocket-rocket-problem-solver that has dedicated over 25 years to the welfare and wellbeing of others.

I support busy professionals and women over 40 to have better physical and mental health through a unique combination of:

• clinical integrated nutritional
• lifestyle medicine
• nutrigenomics and epigenetics
• personalised health coaching programs.

People come to see me for the prevention and treatment of:

• burnout and stress-related illness
• cardio-metabolic health and weight management; and
• management of chronic health conditions

I also have a clinical interest in healthy ageing and dementia.

I’ve been working with clients through my online clinic since before tele-health was a thing.  I also run corporate health programs for progressive organisations – both online and in-house.
