Welcome! I’m Stefanie Hays, a graduate of the Trinity School of Natural Health and a Certified Natural Health Professional. As a certified Metabolic Balance® coach, I specialize in Diet, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching, guiding clients on their unique journeys to optimal health.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome wellness obstacles and achieve their personal goals.
